Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n

PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale set out the terms applicable to sales concluded between:<\/p>\n

on the one hand, individuals wishing to make a purchase via the website https:\/\/stockdeuxiemevie.fr, hereinafter referred to as \u2018the customer\u2019.
and on the other hand, Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie, which operates the aforementioned website.
Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. They are available on the website stockdeuxiemevie.fr. Any amendments shall take effect as soon as the amended Terms and Conditions are published online. The Customer is made aware of these terms and accepts them without reservation before confirming any order. <\/p>\n

PRODUCTS \u2013 STOCK<\/strong><\/p>\n

The information provided on the product pages enables customers to familiarise themselves with the product\u2019s features before placing an order. Consequently, any complaint arising from a failure to check this information will not be accepted. <\/p>\n

It may happen that a product shown as in stock at the time of ordering is no longer in stock by the time the parcel is being prepared. In this case, Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and to offer a solution that is satisfactory to both parties (replacement with another product, a refund or a credit note). <\/p>\n

PRICES \u2013 PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices shown on the website include all taxes (TTC), but do not include delivery charges. Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie reserves the right to pass on any changes to the VAT rate to the prices shown on the website, as well as the right to amend its prices at any time. However, only the price shown at the time of ordering will apply to the customer. <\/p>\n

Full payment for the order is required at the time of confirmation. Payment will be made via a secure credit card transaction using our partner Stripe\u2019s payment gateway. The order will only be confirmed once payment has been received. If a payment is not confirmed, the order will be cancelled and Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie will inform the customer. <\/p>\n

Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order from a customer who has not paid in full for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute has not been resolved. Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of any means of payment. <\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form. The customer is responsible for the information provided to Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie when placing the order. This information cannot be amended once the order has been confirmed. In the event of an error in the recipient\u2019s contact details, Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver the items ordered. <\/p>\n

The order will be dispatched within 2 working days, counted from the first working day following the date of the order.<\/p>\n

The customer bears the risk from the moment the goods leave the premises of Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie. In the event of damage during transit, a reasoned complaint must be lodged with the carrier within three days of delivery. <\/p>\n

WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

All retail customers (natural persons) are entitled to a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order. Regardless of the reason for withdrawal, you must notify Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie within the aforementioned period by email or post, informing them that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You must then return the products as soon as possible and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and in a state that allows Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie to resell them, to the following address: <\/p>\n

Please note that you are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods; you will not be entitled to a refund from Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie. We recommend that you keep all proof of this return. Once the goods have been received, you will be refunded the full amount paid \u2013 including the original delivery charges. <\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie undertakes to exercise all due professional care to ensure customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie shall not be held liable for any failure to perform the contract resulting from an unforeseeable event or a force majeure event, such as, but not limited to, disasters, fires, floods, equipment failure or breakdown, transport or communication failures, or as a result of the customer\u2019s actions.\u2028\u2028Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie shall not be held liable for any delay caused by a supplier.\u2028In any event, Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie\u2019s liability shall be limited to the value of the order.<\/p>\n

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All elements of the Stock Deuxi\u00e8me Vie website are and remain its exclusive intellectual property.\u2028No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use for any purpose whatsoever, even in part, any elements of the website, whether they be software, visual or audio content.<\/p>\n

DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n
