TRM 4000

The Renault TRM 4000 is a 4×4 off-road lorry designed for transport and logistics operations, particularly within the French armed forces. Derived from the Saviem SM8 range, the TRM 4000 is fitted with a 5.49-litre inline 6-cylinder diesel engine producing approximately 133 ch. It features four-wheel drive and a 5-speed manual gearbox. Robust and designed to operate on difficult terrain, it was available in a flatbed version with tarpaulin-covered side panels, as well as in various specialised configurations.
